Are you looking for a fun filled, adventure summer experience? Join us at the 1880's Ranch for Kids and FAMILY summer camps. We offer 7 days, 6 night, starting on Sunday at 10am leaving on Saturday at 11 am.

Our all inclusive vacation packages provide affordable family vacations, and we also offer unique venues for corporate retreats or family reunion all with a fantastic western flavor!

Plan your summer vacations at the 1880's Ranch and enjoy the full range of activities and services, unique cabins, and accommodations. We also offer special wilderness trips through Wild Skies Outfitting-in the Anaconda-Pintler Wilderness Area. New this year, for your buggy riding pleasure, we are featuring a beautiful "people hauler" wagon behind 2 very special horses, Jake and John! (See Horse Riding)

CAMP ACTIVITIES:

Category A - Ranching: Horse care and safety; Horse back riding; Stall and barn cleaning; Saddling a horse; Fence building; Out building repair

Category B - Mountaineering & Outdoor Living: Trail building and maintenance; Team Building; Topographic Map Reading; Weather and Safety; Ecosystems; Animal & Track Identification; Hiking Basics; Fishing Basics; Camping Basics;Tent Set up & Take down; Camp Cooking & Cleaning; backpacking

Category C - Life Skill: Cooking; Making Candles, Soap, Butter and Ice Cream; Sewing; Arts & Crafts; Golfing; Swimming & Kite Flying

Category D - Fishing: Fly Fishing techniques; Casting techniques; Types of Fish; Identify Fish; Creek Fishing; River Fishing;

Activities are available based on the weather, local events, and scheduling. We also do special group activities like treasure hunts and nightly bonfire events!

KIDS CAMP DATES:
June 22nd-28th (some openings); August 17-23rd

We have space for 44 kids each session. Ages 8-9 (8 in each group); Ages 10-11 (12 in each group); Ages 12-13 (up to 14); Ages 14-16 (up to 15)

Kids Camps are designed to be very flexible due to age groups, skill levels, and weather. Each camper will spend at least 1 day hiking, setting up camp, and staying in a tent overnight, and we strive to provide experiences in each activities category. See Rates Page.

FAMILY CAMPS

Families are encouraged to spend a week at the ranch, learning, and enjoying the outdoors with each other. Camp is setup so that each night campers can pick their activities for the next day. Campers are encouraged to try all activities within each Category A-D. Accommodations are private cabins. MANY WEEKS are still open. See RATES PAGE

INDIVIDUALS AND COUPLES

The 1880's ranch is open to all individuals and couples as well as families, and special groups. Each evening you can sign up to participate in any events we have going on. Single cabins are limited, so make your vacation plans now. All rates are inclusive, see Rates page. CAMP SPACE IS LIMITED - so please call now.
